I would certainly like to have him back but at nowhere near that kind of money.

Entering the portal is the new "testing the NBA waters", right?

It's a market evaluation and attempt to drive up demand for the player.

Agree that Jovic is replaceable but I would prefer to have him on the roster. Not to suggest that he should be in the starting 5 next year, but he would be a good depth piece with some valuable experience.

Anyone who wishes to part ways with Haad is crazy. Sure he is turnover prone, but he can fix that. He does have some great passing skills. Not so much on the P&R but can work on that. His slashing ability opens up so many scoring opportunities. He is best at it in recent memory. And for what its worth, I love seeing him on a fast break and he seems to be a positive for the locker room for sure.

In my prior suggestions on who to 'pay' I wasn't suggesting that these guys start but they represent a good, young core. Pay KO what it takes. He earned it.

Since I had seen it mentioned a few times in other threads about him, here was the offseason video of him shooting. It really is kind of odd he’d never attempt even a wide open elbow shot in games. Or how his general FT’s were so bad.

Hoke is no longer willing to say Freeman is trending to returning.

He only lists Overton, Muschalak, and Oporum as trending to returning.

Was the implication because he already said he is locked in that there wasn't a point in including him anymore tracking wise or that he is no longer locked in?

I was told all these players sucked and SP was a great coach. I don’t understand melting over it.

Freeman has an agent and Auburn is actively recruiting Freeman's replacement just in case Freeman's agent lands him a better deal than what Auburn is willing to pay.

What fans want or don't want won't matter. I think he's probably gone. I follow a few guys that attend practice regularly and they're of the opinion Haad and Pearl do not vibe

Oporum

I thought he was likely done because of a medical issue?

That was stated here. Mods wont even discuss what his medical condition is/ was so I wouldn't look at Oporum supposedly returning as bullish.

Well, no shite. When has it ever mattered for any roster. I hope that what you're saying about him and the coaching staff isn't true.

So what is his true value in this market? Honestly the young man impressed me. Is there an offer from AU on the table? Is it $1 million?
