I thought this was just Garrison’s superstitious thread. He made one last year going into the SEC tourney and kept it going until the Final 4.

I missed the game watching nfl and dealing with kids but it’s fun to go back on ESPN and see the score progression on a chart.
It helps because I’m like... that’s where I’d melted... that’s where I would have cussed... right here is where I’d swear I was bad luck... right there is where I’d gotten excited... cautiously optimistic...apologized for earlier behavior... absolutely ecstatic...

Last time we faced UGa we were coming off a blowout loss to Kentucky at Rupp, were 7-7 in conference play and were questioning whether we'd get it together enough to get in to the tourney:
Since then we are 26-1.

I went to the USCe road game last year when Harper missed a drive to take a final second lead. I left thinking man this team is close, but we simply can't go get a basket when we need it. We were up and down living by the 3 then against uga Chuma began flashing to the FT line (ala Lawson at UTk) and things started clicking as a team. I never thought we wouldn't make the tournament, but I never dreamed we'd win the SEC tourney and make the Final Four. What an awesome sports experience.
