He's a senior, I think.

Here is an interesting stat - Florida’s bench got out scored 35-9. I bet if you looked at all of our games, they would all tell a similar story. This team is the perfect combo of seasoned veterans and youthful talent

Yeah there's not as big of a drop off from the first 5 to the next 5 like you see with most teams.

Watching that goob Castleton go off makes me shudder to think what Timme would do to us. Hopefully we get a #1 and somebody else knocks off Gonzaga before they get to us.

Meh, he went off with Walker sitting on the bench in foul trouble.

Um, he was already going off on Walker and Walker was in foul trouble because he couldn't guard him.

I really like this team but I'm still not sure I trust Kessler against top end competition. Also worry about our offense getting too wild sometimes. This team has everything it needs to make the Final 4 but there are definitely some things we have to tighten up. This team has more talent and is deeper than 2019 but I don't know if we have the killers that team had.

I thought Walker did a great job defensive rebounding in the first half… the way the game was officiated kept UF in it and affected our big guys.

Was a good team win. I thought Jaylin and KD made the difference tonight and that’s fine. UF is a pretty danged good bball team being at home helped but this team as young as some of the guys are need to be pushed.

I think if we make to the Oklahoma game with 1 or no conference losses we have a good shot at winning the regular season. But still way to early to think about. Gotta keep getting better.

He did, at the half he had 7 defensive rebounds. It wasn't till he got into foul trouble that his game started to get affected. He only played 24 total minutes and 9 of those were in the 2nd half. Colin played 33 total minutes and got the bulk of his stats in the 2nd half.

I think tonight was probably the 2nd maybe 3rd worst performance of the year. Games like tonight will happen but thankfully the bench came through again and the team can learn from it and keep getting better as you said.

Auburn still remains at 6 in the NET rankings. LSU up to number 3 in the NEt.

He had the game of his life against the best team we’ve played that has a legit front court.

Walker did a great job on him in the first half but Castelton got the better of him in the second half. Castelton is a legit big man who is a senior. Their whole offense is built around him, not surprising that he got things going. Fouls got us in a rough spot and once our bigs were in foul trouble White did what any smart coach would do and attacked them with his best player.

There are definitely still areas for this team to improve but a double digit win against a solid conference opponent when we played one of our worst games is no reason to hit the panic button.

It felt like Florida was allowed to play and we were handcuffed by the refs. The refs also made several calls in key situations that prevented us from blowing the game open. I definitely felt like they protected the Florida big.

I am trying to prepare myself for disappointment on Tuesday. Just seems like we are due and bama is Jekyll and Hyde. Never know if they'll show up world-beaters or trash.

They’ll show up. They’ve played well against every good team they’ve faced. They just coast when they play bad teams and it bites them. We’ve got to take care of the ball, run Shackelford off the 3 point line, and play JD/JQ the way teams started playing Cooper last year where they gave him space to keep him in front of them and dared him to shoot.

Not really.
I was at game and being home you tend to be more aggressive. The refs were definitely inconsistent and there is this one ref we have had many times who wants to let u know he’s in charge.
There definitely some phantom calls on Jabari and Walker that allows Fla’s big man to score some easy baskets. Fla did a good job of knowing Kessler was out and kept finding ways to get it inside. Cardwell actually played smart and held is ground his ground causing the big guy to miss some inside shots.
Franklin kept us in the lead in first half w his offensive aggressiveness and KD definitely helped us win the gsme with his spark in 3nd half.
We still struggle w big athletic guards on the perimeter w Green and Zep not able to blow by them or shoot open perimeter shots.
We definitely struggled at the end with floridas traps. Wendell and Flanigan have to get out of that trouble better. They threw terrible passes down court but luckily Florida couldn’t hit them or we had a good enough cushion to over come it.
But we are so solid 10 deep defensively and even offensively.
