Got plenty of times to work on stuff now and get rested legs. Take a couple days off. Start the post season 0-0. Win the whole dang thing

I don’t see any world where we fall to a 3 seed
Only have to name 8 teams to get us to 3
Gonzaga, Arizona: done
Wait and see which of these teams win or lose conference tourneys: Kentucky, Baylor, Tennessee, Purdue, Kansas, Villanova, Duke, Providence, Wisconsin,
IF weird things happen, we could be 3 seed.
I think we stay on the 2 line.

Why is Kessler’s shoulder injury?
I did not get to watch much of today’s debacle, did we try the 3 small guard lineup?
Was KD just off? Or did KD take bad shots?

I don't disagree with you. I only hope it isn't too much rest. 5/6 days without playing can throw a team's routine off. We bring our chaotic defense and get semi-hot from 3, got a shot at cutting them down.

Did anyone catch the halftime interview w Buzz and hear him say something like that Coach Pat Dye was the only one that didn’t get a rebound?
What the heck was that? Denegrading our coach?

It's too late is the season to work on things regarding our flaws. It is what it is and we have what we have. Our first round game they will pack the paint and leave the wide open three for us. We will continue to jack it up. Hopefully we can out-talent in the first round. I will be beyond shocked if this team makes it past the Sweet Sixteen........and IMO, this is the most talented Auburn bball team I have seen in my life. It's a damn shame we are going to squander this season away.

I hope Bruce recruits size at guard in the future
We don’t have a size problem, we have a shooting problem. Any team can defend a decent front court if the back court cant hit the ocean from a ship

Saw a depressing stat. No team has ever failed to reach their conference semis before going on to win the national championship.
Sweet 16 appearances are counted. Need to aim for that.

I just do not think this is true. How can you be the most talented basketball team and not have a shooter. Besides smith we do not, and without Smith the roster is pretty pedestrian

If we win game 1 I feel really good about winning game 2. I think we are in for a battle against the 15 seed though, I really do.

I still like this team but the struggle has been real recently. Hopefully they regroup and come back with their hair on fire.

I don’t think so, it’s close but the back court that went to final 4 was way better. Right now I see a team with 2 guys, Smith and Kessler. The rest are struggling immensely on the offensive end.

It’s obvious what failed. 1. No inside drives from Wendell 2. No inside out jump shots would go down. I think our 2 pt shot % may have been as bad as our 3pt %. 3. We have to have either Greene or Johnson go on their scoring streaks. 4. KD set an SEC rcd for missed shots w 14. And I think every shot he took, TAM seemed to rebound. 5. Mentally , we know how to go on runs to get back in game. We struggle most of the 2nd half to cut it down enough (to 7-8). We started our run w about 6-7 mins left but we were so far back, it was too far.
6) We cannot make free throws

We are going to get our arse beat early if we don't get our heads out of our arse. Going AWAL for 5-10 minutes a game has been an issue all year, and the competition will only get harder. We are talented, but lack killer focus.

we have shooters. We just aren't a good three point shooting team. We just continue trying to put square pegs in round holes.

One thing I think that will help us in the tournament is playing against new teams. Not only do other SEC teams have a good scout against us at this point, they also have played against us a few times now and are used to it. Tournament teams will have a good scout, but its one thing seeing Kessler and Jabari on film and another playing against them you're first time.
