You’re confusing 2018 with 2019… 2018 we were co-champs with Tenn (even tho we won the head 2 head matchup)… then got crushed by Clem in rd of 32.
2019 we finished outside the top 4 and had to play on Thursday in Nashville.

Correct:
2020 finished second in the league, ready to go to Nashville and Covid cancelled the SEC and NCAA tournament. A 25-6 record. 12-6 in the SEC.

And the year before that we had to go all the way out to San Diego for our 2 games. Then in 2020 one of our best teams in school history was deprived of a postseason. All of this happening while we had been embroiled in a fruitless investigation into a rogue actor.

Losing Anfernee in 2018 gutted that team. He was the only player on the roster that could do what he did.

Per the SEC's own guidelines there isn't Co-Champs in basketball. UTk and Auburn were both 2018 champions. Of course, everyone knows who was the winner of the rubber match.

Guess I’ll put this here. Nate Oats is a good coach but man he’s also a mega douche. Just got tossed after two quick T’s because he complains to the refs all game long, disregard the fact that State has more fouls than bama even after both T’s.
