A win is a win. Beat OU Saturday and everyone forgets about this sloppy win. WDE

Give it KD and get the hell out of the way. You just can’t teach that type of killer instinct. Love his game!

Lots of learning in this game and much better then losing for the players and the coaches.

Jabari has to play more aggressive going to the basket when his shot is off.

Need a designed play off the pick and roll action other then the layup try and the lob. Some of that failure is Jabari not hitting 3 but they covered that option good as well.

We learned KD is the go to guy when we definitely need a basket late game.

We out rebounded them 21-8 on the offensive glass. That was huge. Devan Cambridge did most of that. 8 rebounds by himself in 19 minutes.

He’s be unguardable if he did. He had a chance to absolutely posterize someone and came to a stop under the basket instead.

NET is all that matters. Kenpom doesn't.

NET rankings for metrics and peoples opinions.

Just win! We lose less then 4-5 games and we will be a 1 or 2 seed.

Jabari will be fine.

Keep shooting.

We still make sloppy turnovers at times.

Flanigan did not play his best tonight.

KD was the MVP.
Kessler played well- except taking the 3.
Williams did not play to his usual standard.
Cambridge helped.

Zep and Greene played ok.

Just an off night for the group.

Coach Pearl will love pointing out this game to the players.

Auburn's effective field goal percentage at Missouri was 34.3% according to KenPom, that is the lowest eFG% for Auburn in a win since Jan. 11, 2003 — a 52-37 win at Arkansas (34.1%) 19 years

From Justin Ferguson… not sure if this is a good sign or a bad sign.

We won in spite of a historically bad performance. That’s a good thing

The positives imo… team rebounding was great… and Wendell came back in the game.

Good sign IMO that we have the defense to keep us in any game. We had so many misses within 5 ft of the rim. Jabari and Jaylin usually eat in the midrange and they couldn’t buy a bucket for most of the game. Kessler missed several putbacks too.

The gaurds outside of KD were missing close as well. Green and Flanigan were terrible finishing

The biggest drawback of being a basketball school is all the fricking analytic nerd stats I keep having to read on this message board.

The whole offense was off… quick turnaround after emotional win and a long trip… throw in the pressure of being #1 and it was a recipe to be out of rhythm. I just kept waiting for us this snap out of it and we never did.

But the cliché defense travels is true.
