A good first game, but we will struggle some this year. We have more talented athletes than I have ever seen on the court. Just need to mesh and learn how to play together.

Yep. Ga Southern was a great first game. They are a solid team with some good scoring options. Everyone should know this team is going to have some struggles early on, but you could definitely see the potential they have once the young guys get their feet under them.

I thought Danjel and Samir seemed like leaders last night who calmed the team down at shaky moments. Both seemed zoned -in and played some sharp basketball.

I think it was as good as could be expected. It was odd watching an Auburn game that wasn't raining 3s from the tipoff. I think we are going to be better than people are expecting - the talent is clearly there and we have plenty of upper classmen.

This team will get better with floor experience. Bruce can develop talent.
