If the team voted him out then I can't see how it wouldn't be good for chemistry and culture overall. Loved what he did for us but the team will always be bigger than any one individual player.

The mere suggestion showing up an hour late every practice can be normal to shite coaches is so ludicrous that Jim Dorn and Urban Meyer would look like no nonsense Paul Bryant types.
There is favoritism as in "ballers" are exempt from conditioning drills but showing up 1 hour late means the person wasnt even there half the time.
I loved Xavier Atkins last year. I said pay that man! I created the Xavier Atkins Appreciation Thread. Xavier was hungry to prove himself last year. He got paid. That's the problem.
He was not hungry this year.
As a matter of fact on my phone this is coming from a friend that works with a player's dad from February 13th.
