On Monday, Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze said the Tigers will be turning to McPherson for any field goal under 35-yards, which should include extra points.

He has Crohn Or Crohn’s disease.
Depends on when you went to med school. Some a$$hole decided you have to have the disease to use ‘ and if you described it your last name applies. Typical reclassification nonsense. Medicine is full of it.

I’m glad to see him making progress.

I don’t blame the freshman. Paradoxically short FGs have odd angles in college football.

So essentially only kicks from inside the 20.

Kid has been through a lot this off season. Hope his health continues to improve

At least now Freeze has somewhere to hide now. In immediate scoring zones. Being so close and coming out with nothing is as defeating as being on defense, constantly playing well on first and second downs, but consistently giving up the third down.

So Mcpherson can finally provide some certainty. I know we like the backup kicker, but he has not been fine.

When it rains, it pours.

Has McPherson already used his redshirt or could he use a medical redshirt for this year if we don’t put him in?

If the season is already a wash I don’t see a point in using up his eligibility if we could avoid it.

McGough may get better. Remember John Vaughn in 2005? He ended up being a pretty good darn kicker after that.

Guys are playing for 8-9 years, I'm sure he'll be fine...
