AJ McCarron says he has "sources" at Auburn who told him that Harsin has already been informed he will not be returning next season and Harsin has agreed to finish the season.
AJ then said (and I quote):
(Translation for those that don't speak gibberish: AU sucks and are living off Bo and Cam glory days, which aren't coming back).
Well, bros, it looks like AU should just give up football.
AJ evidently thinks Harsin is getting a raw deal because the fanbase has too high of expectations. You know, expecting AU to score one TD in the 2nd half vs. Power 5 teams is too much to ask.
AJ then said (and I quote):

I’m an Arkansas fan, but calling Auburn a “middle to lower tier” SEC program is laughable and completely divorced from reality.
Before Harsin, every coach since Bowden has had an undefeated season, NC, and/or NC game appearance.
And that line of coaches isn’t/wasn’t exactly a murderers row considering currently one is at UCF, one is at Louisiana-Monroe, one is the DC at North Carolina.
Auburn is similar to LSU in that the program makes the coaches, not the other way around.

Good lord what a fricking terrible take. Yes, we all know Harsin is gone. But, no. Auburn can be very successful. 2006, 2013 and 2017 did not have Cam or Bo. McCarrok is just a stupid Gump living in the Saban shadow.

We been trying to warn yall Gus was nose diving us. Harsin was worse. To say we are currently mid tier is a reasonable statement. It's not like we don't have the resources or access to talent to jump in the top 5, but we are what we are rn.

Embarrassing how far we’ve fallen. We’re in as bad of a spot as Alabama was in the early 2000s with their coaching carrousel.
