Correct the staff will give him to the end of July. Without some assurances before they have to start working on someone else. KJ or Hawkins.
The on3 guys are great but I think they are speculating a lot on the playing it out until October. I personally think Juju wants to be done with recruiting before his “senior” season.

My concern about him waiting until October would be the QB whisperer at USC having another QB in the midst of another Heisman season

No doubt Coach wants the committed QB to be at BCW.
It will be interesting to see if he cancels the Colorado visit. If he visits and does not give his verbal by eom his dad has sent a message to Hugh.
If he cancels Colorado trip… it’s great news for the good guys.

Said they felt a lot of love from the community when they were there. Everyone knew who he was, they took a ton of photos. He said something along the lines of wanting to feel valued and that at Auburn he feels very valued.
Said they’re impressed with the roster Freeze is building. Said the lure to Auburn is that it’s a SEC program that’s extremely hungry to succeed.
Said something we’ve head before but defense is really important to Juju. He wants to play on a team that get stops and gives the ball back to the offense.
I think this is a spot where Auburn stands out, personally.

Definitely some good quotes from the Dad that sounds positive for the good guys. The pull from Riley/USC is going to be tough but we have a lot of things going in our favor for him right now.

2026 5* QB Dia Bell commits to Texas. Has to help with Lacey imo. Still hoping for Juju obviously but I’m not holding my breath.
