It would have been intercepted as well.

I’m not trying to say everything should be perfect, but enough recruiting time has passed for Hugh to be able to show more progress than what we got today.

This is his second game with his first full class.
Should we have played better? Absolutely. Y’all act like it’s been years

Cal kicked our arse. Some of you act like they don’t play in a power 5 conference and had no business winning. It’s as if Hugh was lying when he said his biggest concern was the line. Is that the only problem tonight? Nope. Thorne sucked poopy arse, Hunter has limp arm. Their punter even kicked our arse.

Cal doesn’t have any business beating us. Overall talent-wise they are roughly equivalent to Vandy. None of us would say Vandy has any business beating us, much less kicking are arse.

We sucked. Time to see Freeze do damage control. Duece gone I'm sure. Notre Dame looked like a bunch of stupid dickheads today too. Guess Duece to Ole Miss will pick up steam

We knew it was a deep hole we we're in when he was hired. We hoped to be a little further along, but the roster still needs work in some areas. QB, like 2 OL, an impact DT and like 2 DBs. We will be fine, but those are area's that we either have to hit the portal for and get top players or someone has to develop over the year.
I'm not too worried about losing any recruits.. maybe one or two at some point, but that might've happened anyway. Lets not forget the x factor in every recruitment is money, and we have it to spend right now.

We are 15-2 against Vandy since 1955. The two loses came in 2008 and 2012 which we know were the worst two Auburn teams in modern day history

I’m officially nervous about this class now.

If Hugh loses this class and it ends up outside of the top 10 he probably won’t be here past 2025. Auburn needs these highly rated guys to come in and contribute now.

I'm officially shocked.
Hugh needs to concentrate more on coaching and developing the talent we have. Winning does amazing things for recruiting.
