We've always recruited well on the defensive side. Some didn't pan out, but we usually recruit well on that side even under Gus.

Has anyone reminded this guy that ND is the biggest brand in CFB? How can they not outspend AU? The NIL argument makes zero sense here. Freeze is simply that good. (Assuming the news of a flip is true).

I like how they think that's an insult We've had to deal with so much BS, to finally have our stuff in order and on the same page so that we can go out and buy these guys is something we are proud of.

People haven’t adjusted well to the new recruiting world. They throw out the “well they must’ve paid them” argument because that’s been the go to for years.
Now that it’s legal, argument doesn’t work well but people go with what they know. Including our own fans. Still seen it said when Cunningham went to Bama.
