Jay Crawford will be a 1st round pick.

Jay got that dawg in him. Something we haven’t had in the defensive backfield in a while

Supposedly Perry ran 21.87mph which leads the team.

I'm a little confused on this graph I don't know what all of it means or even if the 21.87 is in mph.
Perry's time in a forty would be sub 4.2 speed.
All the others would be 4.5 speed or slower
King's forty time would be 5.04.
This graph definitely needs more context

It's the data from their performance trackers they wear in practice. It just means at some point in practice, he hit 21 mph. It's not gonna translate to 40 times.

What a plethora of options, man oh man.
And look at your boy Derrick/Duke Smith's time. He is billed as Malcolm Simmons 2.0, only faster and bigger. Its a shame he missed spring, maybe for the best with all these other fellas in front of him, shame to burn a redshirt if its only for limited time. Course they are getting paid so use them I guess.

Has anyone heard anything about Jacoby Mathews, the safety who played for A&M, spent a year in JC because of grades, and transferred in this summer?
He was a 5 star out of HS, his sophomore season at A&M he was a force, except for the classroom.
He knows Durkins defense so he should be a quick study. But Ive heard nothing about him. I thought he would take the other spot next to Harris.

That is the translations from mph to 40 times. There's a math equation that can translate mph to 40 times.

Yeah I know, but they aren't doing those speeds for any amount of time. It's simply the highest speed they reached. He may have only hit that number for a tenth of a second. He's not running 40 yards at 21 mph even if he was running a timed 40yd dash either so just doing the math with the top speed still wouldn't work.

For all we know Perry needs to get going before he gets kicked into top gear which doesn't translate to 40

Perry ran a "laser" 4.45 before his senior season. Not to be an arse, but I don't believe most Auburn or college 40times. Pretty much every (college) 4.43 is a 4.51 at the combine. I also understand that long speed is different from short burst speed. There's definitely no denying that Perry is a beast athlete though.

Those "player load" numbers for Simmons and Singleton are filthy, apparently.
My nephew tells me it means: a modified vector magnitude which aims to encapsulate all velocity, acceleration, change of direction and collision demands experienced by players (his words, not mine)
Apparently a really good score hovers around 500.
