The RPM is a moving target that uses weighted data points to spit out probabilities. So sometimes, especially in these short transfer recruitments, the data doesn’t very accurately reflect what’s happening and so the RPM will change often or just poorly keep up with what’s actually happening.
I think it can be a neat feature but the actual predictions made by writers and mods (which the RPM uses as a data point) still seem to be the most helpful

Recruiting - Love what I see
Coaching hires - Didn’t really wow. But also don’t think it was necessarily bad. We’ll see.

That’s a little misleading. This is true but he was a top 5 DT other places too. And that’s where he played at Kentucky
