bama is now expected to land 5 star CB Desmond Ricks over LSU. It'll be their 5th five star commit in the last week.
For comparison of the talent gap. . .
Auburn has landed 2 five stars in the last 5 signing classes. (Bo Nix and Owen Pappoe)

I hope bama enjoys it because things are only going to get harder with Freeze having a year to recruit and saban inching towards his mid 70s.

So looking at the overall class at this point, the staff certainly recruited heavily for Offensive and defensive line. Plus a bunch of defensive backs...
For offense other than the line, we signed one WR, one RB( to sign) and one QB
Do we feel like Freeze will now look for offensive help from the portal? No matter how good he works with QB's and offense, we just do not have the receivers or running back depth at this point to be effective on offense.
With approx 20 recruits on board, can we take 10 more guys? Is there any information on the overall numbers. Not talking shite on the class, we needed those guys. But to put some points on the board, we will need some skill players
