With recruiting clicking nicely, some great transfers coming in this year, and a brand new coaching staff and new schemes on the field, I’m 100% pumped for this season to start.

Just gonna have to be patient early on. All new coaches, literally half the team new, including most of the starters, gonna be some miscues.
But by the time we get to A&M I expect some people flying all over the place on both sides of the ball, should be an exciting brand of ball for a change....and exciting for the recruits to see

Yes agreed I’m not letting recruiting momentum affect how I feel about this season.

Players report today. Practice starts tomorrow. Since everyone stays most of the summer players reporting for camp isn't much of a big deal anymore.
I'm interested in did they do "official height and weight" for the players for the roster today. Normally on report day you get locker assignments, pads, what will be worn on which days. New cleats gloves and such.

Also and on report day Bobby Travis(QJT) officially made it on campus. I think he is the last to report since most have been on campus unless we do pick up a transfer.

I didn’t really follow spring this year so don’t know what to expect from Freeze as far as media coverage.. what we looking at in terms of practice leaks?

In spring it was more then we got from Gus. Freeze would allow the media to view a few drills and warmups throws/route. Defensive line get off drills. Pass pro drops and fire offs. Things like that. Strip drills for running backs. All very vanilla but could at least see that someone was kinda lacking. Example would be that Landen King should have never been moved from TE cause he was slow as molasses at WR.
No clue what it will be in the fall.
