Yeah they would’ve gladly taken Williams at any point. Have to wonder now if this was something he was waiting on

Am I remembering incorrectly then? I thought they were slow playing him because of Clemons.

No, we wanted him. Ole Miss was the favorite for a while and we we're trying to make up ground. After it looked like Clemons was going to Oregon we tried to put even more focus on getting him, but we never slow played.

May have been true during the summer but KN confirmed early fall/August that they would take both at any point

Jayden Gibson opened his recruitment. Its time to make a damn splash and start turning this around. He could start for us day 1 next year.

Too early to know. Gibson is one. They do like some of the OL there but Auburn isn’t the only one that’s interested in these guys
KN had an interesting note on 4* DL Chris McClellan. He has been CB’d to UF but his recruitment is opening up some. Plans to unofficial for the IB.
I’ll have a list sometime this week with IB visitors. As expected, many big names. Especially on the 2023 side

4* CB Austin Ausberry was scheduled to OV at UF this weekend. He may now unofficial at Auburn for the IB instead. Not confirmed but it’s leaning that direction

Don’t look now, boys…but our class moved up to 11th in the conference!! Suck it, Vandy, Ole Miss, and Florida! You may think it’s because UF imploded down to 14th, but in fact it’s an obvious sign of strong finish to come
