I think they accept that their info leaks out. They probably don’t love it but thats how it goes. I think they draw the line when someone is using it as their own work for their own business/platform.

If you put anything out to the public whatever they do with it is up to them. I understand it's a respecting each others work and all but unless they have a patent then it's all open information once they post it. The market demands premium information but thinking a "public commitment" by a teenage is something to build your model around is just something I don't agree with. So they can all go frick themselves.

I've never been in it. Was just commenting on the discussion.

Again the Kirkham kid looks like a damn solid walkon. Much different from the 5'7" 150 running backs Gus you to take as walkons. However the Peyton Anderson kid was a good choice for preferred walkon.

Yeah, most reporters/journalists don't enjoy plagiarism

Then all TV media should be done away with because they are only reporting what some newspaper has written about.

Not a hill I'm gonna die on in support of or not supporting. But just find it foolish that a company (rivals, espn, 247) any of them build this membership out on being exclusive and expect the information they share to that group to be considered plagiarism. If that is what they are saying which doesn't sound like a correct way of describing it. It's they are pissed their information gets out to the general public because no one is copying their work.

Say I run a trick pick off in a game. Actually have used this one in the playoffs before. Worked twice a week on it for the entire year. Was called Cheerio. Was a timed pickoff move to the center fielder at second base with no one holding the runner on. Say that coach decided to use it... is that stealing? plagiarism if he calls it cheerio?

Hell it's not even their information. It's the kids. Marketing of children at the benefit of a business... because of the kids athletic talent? At least the university's give the kids scholarships. So agree or disagree I think it's kind of a crap business and don't care what they think of "their" information getting out. Last response I will make on the topic.

Glad we finally got a commit to go along with a tweet from our coaches

Not a fan of Jboy. Even that interview with Pat Dye Jr he did that everyone went nuts over, Jboy seemed like he was faking emotion. Maybe it was real but just seemed off to me.

I don’t know anything about Jboy. That clip was hard to watch, and I agree with what you said. He forced it. Even Pat’s son was a little much.

Much rather watch The War Rapport fellas for my fan videos. They are much more in touch with the feelings of the normal fan and speak their true feelings on subjects rather then tip-toe around anything.

we are excited about a walk on. When have we been excited about a walk on other than happy for the kid?

Powell Gordon got ranked finally too. 3* 88 grade. KN keeps saying the staff is looking at him at inside LB too.

Assuming he signs, he will be the first player from Auburn High since 2009... There have been some good players come from AHS in that time. Not sure how the new coach will do.

I don’t think he’s saying that. I think he’s saying they’re interviewing those guys

And that was Jon Sullen. 2nd worst starter since Tubs left behind The Matador AJ Greene.

I wouldn’t say anyone is high-fiving over this kid. I made a point on the previous page that probably captures the average fan’s opinion. He and the other new walk-on center are going to help the other lineman get better in practice. We haven’t really recruited that position under Gus. Harsin’s offense requires a lot of communication along the OL and it begins with the man in the middle

Don’t remind me.

Thank God Brandon Moseley was able to transition from JUCO TE to RT in 2010.

Haven’t we had some really great centers who were walkons?

Danny Lindsey?
Robichaid?

I may ah e the names wrong, but sometimes a good center gets overlooked.

Come on guys. How can you tell it was forced?

First, remember there is a deep connection to PDJr and JBoy. I have a feeling they have been together a lot over the years just bc of the connection of JBoy's father with PDJr. And with JBoy's father having a personal struggle that ended in a suicide, I am not going to judge either one of their emotions about their fathers and the relationship between these 2 families.

I hope we can respect that more that criticize it.
