Chris Moore physically looks night and day better. He's definitely done a good job this offseason.

Gonna love having this depth at the guard spots. If someone isn't performing we can now yank them. Can also go with more 3 guard looks.

KD, Westry, Jasper, and Flanigan all looked pretty good shooting jumper. As well as JWill.

I tuned in to see the new guys, but that was hard to watch. I was cheering for those poor kids on every 3 attempt.

I think about 8 or 9, somewhere in that range. At the half I believe they were 4-9 on threes. It very much looked like Bruce didn’t want them chunking up a bunch and wanted them to drive it, which makes sense considering the new ball and the opposition.

I was impressed with the drive/dive to the basket by the bigs without setting the high screen. Ball rotation and sharing was much better then the later part of last season.

Was no need for a lot of 3 balls today literally we probably had 8 inches on each of their inside guys. KD was taller then 3 or 4 of their guards.

Cardwell played well.

Flannigan looks like he has some explosiveness back. Still plays out of control at times.

Stretch going to Stretch.

It was fun watching them. Ugly game, but that is to be expected.

Defense was also very good but he U20 team ran some good offensive sets we were just a lot more talented. We did a little to much letting a guy go by to the bigs and/or just grabbing them. In the SEC we don't get away with either.

Johni looked good in his first game. And even tho he was the leading scorer his shot blocking coming in I expected him to look more explosive. He's gonna be a solid defender and rebounder but I don't expect him to be our leading scorer unless he just gets a lot of offensive rebounds and put backs. Dylan looks like the better big to me. Yohan and JWill are going to be a heck of a punch from the 4. Still want to see what Yohan can do with a true bigger defender on him but he looks quick and hustles. And Westry dude is straight baller looked like a 1st rounder, and looked like the best player on the court. Guards played really fast and made some good passes. Plus shot it very solid.

Yes but we shot less. Ball movement made for better shots. Westry was really good at passing up a good look for a great look
