KN says that he thinks Tisdol is a take as of now and that he’s probably Auburn’s to lose despite Tennessee pushing hard.
Says we’re also still pursuing Simpson but they think he’s picking UNC.

Reality is that we kinda need some of these guys to move on in positions of depth like LB.

That sucks. I guess he wasn’t making much progress on the depth chart. I seem to remember his name being called this year during one of the blowout games

I say this all the time but the needs keep changing. We’re just now going to see players like Harris leave too which might change things further. We also seem to want more than we can take but the following are potential positions we could use the remaining spots for. If we miss somewhere we’ll likely fill somewhere else
We are taking at least 25. We have 21 committed. There’s a good chance Buskey won’t sign due to academics. We don’t know about Cohen. And we could sign more than 25 regardless.
But I’m guessing:
1-2 OL (Flax, ?)
0-1 QB (Morris or Criswell)
1 CB (Brian George, Kendall Dennis, Eric Reed)
1 JUCO DL ( Deandre Butler)
1 HS DL (Thomas, Hayes, McKinnley, Dallas Walker, Webb)
1 LB (Tisdol or Shaw)
1 TE (Pegues, Arizona kid)
I feel great about Tisdol and George at this stage.
Have no feeling for Pegues, Flax, Dallas Walker, Butler, Arizona TE, and Criswell.
Longer odds on Morris, Thomas, Webb and McKinnley.
And I’m guessing Reed, Dennis, Shaw and Hayes are the odd men out

Not surprised about Harris. I think he was committed to Oh St at one point before we got him.. He's at best 5th on the depth chart with more guys coming in. Hope it works out for him
You left out Dallas Walker for potential guys on the DL too. I wish we had like 5 more scholarships we could give this year.. There's going to to be a lot of good players that we just don't have room for.
