I’m in my 30s and I don’t even know what the hell he’s talking about.

Reflections of Bo Jackson talking about one of the asst coaches during practice screaming about "blood on the saddle", too funny.

4* OT John Young announces later this month on the 29th. He visited Auburn back in March. 247 asked if Auburn was in the picture and Young said very much so.

Auburn hasn’t offered 3* OT Javion Cohen. Sounds like he wants an offer and he’d probably commit if he got one.

Currently sitting 3rd for 4* SDE Zykeivous Walker. Long way to go before he commits though

I picture Oline recruiting goes something like when MacGruber was begging to get the assignment...

Should’ve added that Walker is DL.

FYI, “Ride for the Brand” seems to be the team motto this year. That is not a Grimes saying.

It should be "Kickin' 3s and Rollin' Trees"

Was that the part that made you wonder how well he connects with teenagers?

Some of you might remember the name Kendarian Handy-Holley, but he's retiring from football. What I just read said he was going to walk on for us so it doesn't change anything numbers wise. I think he's going to finish school at Auburn too, but not sure.

He was a transfer from Minnesota and was going to walk on. Had concussion issues and decided to stop playing. Still going to school though. Better?

AU to host former USC receiver on official visit this weekend

quote:

Former Southern California receiver Velus Jones Jr., a redshirt junior from Saraland, Ala., will officially visit Auburn this weekend.

Earlier this year, the 6-foot, 190-pound Jones entered the NCAA transfer portal.

quote:

Jones, who has two seasons of eligibility remaining, caught 24 passes for 266 yards and a touchdown last year — his most productive for the Trojans. He had 30 total receptions for 332 yards in two seasons.

Additionally, Jones averaged 23.9 yards per kickoff return.

quote:

In high school, Jones was a 3-star recruit at Saraland High. He was ranked the No. 79 receiver and 463 overall prospect in the 2016 class.

According to sources, Jones will arrive at Auburn on Friday night and stay through Sunday.

Hate that for him.

Semi related- Joe Rogan’s podcast with Dale Earnhardt Jr was fascinating. I learned a lot about what athletes face with concussions from that.
