Bingo! how the hell did he not get let go is beyond me. We can't keep missing on targets and we can't take 3-4 years to develop kids. Sure that's great for your projects but in this day and age with camps and strength and conditioning kids come in ready to go.

Majority of those were 4* or better that never contributed. Obviously you need bodies for depth but when your junior and senior 4*s can't beat out guys that are giving up 11 sacks in 1 game then you have development / scouting / roster management issues. Or all of the above.
