Daniel Foster- Allen, our most forgotten about 2020 commit, says he’s up to 6-5, 260 and will probably grow into the DT position at Auburn. He plays strong side DE right now but shifts to the interior in the 3-4 formation.

He is not an EE.

That’s good news for us. He’s not a difference maker at DE but he’s got athleticism and length that you can’t teach.

That's good news considering we're about to lose 3 of em.

The bad news is...still no speed rushers

Good part is that Foster was never going to be a speed rusher, so us viewing him as a DT now opens up a spot at DE for a potential speed guy.

We were already taking 1 & only 1 at last report weakside-speed end/Buck. DFA was originally thought of as a strongside end.

A healthy DJ Williams would have something to say about that. DJ still hasn't been cleared & is the only reason he hasn't played yet.

He'll be "banged up" on an undisclosed injury

MAR will be back as well. Tank will certainly have an opportunity for playing time

DJ, Shivers, and MAR all will have a leg up on Tank.

And people are ignorant if they are already writing off DJ.

I too think DJ has a chance to be a better RB than most already on roster except maybe Boobie....

...but he's got to stay healthy to give us that feeling. So far..he's just a roster RB.

I think he’s a more natural RB than Boobee. More talented too.

Armoni Goodwin, Auburn’s dynamic 4-star 2021 running back commit from Hewitt-Trussville (Ala.), will be out an extended period of time after sustaining a serious knee injury.

According to Goodwin, he tore the ACL and MCL in his right knee in last week's game. He said he is scheduled to have surgery next week.

Goodwin was off to a fantastic start to the season. In three games played, he already had rushed for 485 yards and 10 touchdowns on 52 carries. That's an average of 9.3 yards per rush. That comes after he produced more than 1,300 rushing yards in 2018.

Goodwin, the No. 3 running back and No. 59 overall recruit nationally in the industry generated 247Sports Composite, is Auburn's highest-rated 2021 commit. He gave his verbal to the Tigers on May 22.

I believe Armoni is destined to be a WR and that is what Auburn recruited him for.

His injury is a bad one w/ both torn, and it will take him a while to come back. But it will be easier for him as he moves to WR. Not as much wear and tear on the knees, like a RB would have to deal with.
