That wasn't his commit deal. I guess Auburn knew and already had that done.
Yesterday he was in pads sitting at a table with his family around him. He had an Auburn, UGA, LSU, SC hat sitting on the table. He reached under the table and pulled out an Auburn hat........and that was that.

ETA. Any media help that he got for the Auburn part of his video was probably dne with another media outlet as commit videos are almost always done with.

McKinnley Jackson released his top 5 and as expected Auburn made the list. (He used to old logo too. I like him more already)

The commitment breakdown I read said he doesn’t have elite speed. That might keep him from getting that 5th star.

I think 247 just needs to move him up a smidge to get the 5* comp.

No one really knows lol. Garner is being a little more quiet about things this year it seems like. He's a closer though so I'm not worried. He's earned the trust.

About McKinnley Jackson: Auburn appears to be very much in the thick of things and at least one other team in his top five sees Gus Malzahn’s program as the favorite, we are told.
Omari Thomas: it seems like the Tigers have locked in on him as a defender, which is his preference. Thomas has visited Auburn before and told another recruit he loved it.
Willie Moise (Committed to MIA right now): Moise visited Auburn this summer. But he chose not to camp. The Tigers really wanted to see him up close and since they didn’t get that chance they’re going to follow him closely this fall. He also went to the same school as Schwarts and current commit Elijah Canion.
BJ Ojulari: Most people still think LSU leads and he announces soon. KN says just because LSU is the favorite doesn't mean he won't pick AU, but for now LSU is still the favorite.
Safety/Nickel Ladarius Tennison: Tennison recently Tweeted that a commitment announcement would come “soon.” As of today, we’d be surprised if Auburn, which has a need at that position, isn’t the pick.
