Have to give RG some credit he's been on the road doing some serious damage control.

Pretty impressive to think we could end up with Antwan Jackson Marlon Davidson and Derrick Brown after losing our DC

damage control is an understatement. He's been killing it out there. It's like he's in a zone or something! haha.

But it seems like we're locking things up with Jackson. Now we need to get Chavis (JUCO DT) and Derrick Brown. Maybe we get lucky and get Rashan Gary? (just dreaming here).

His job is not in jeopardy as much as many AU fans wish it was.

We'd move him to TE/ST before we fired Garner

And that will prob never happen as much as it needs to. He can still recruit, but we need someone else coaching the line.

Or maybe he's doing it because it is his job.

Let's cool it on the Garner hate. He is recruiting well, and this thread covers recruiting, not personal feeling towards a coach. He didn't pull a TRob and leave us hanging. Not directed at you, Charlie.

Agreed. Right now, he is the least of anyone's worries.

There shouldn't be hate towards TRob. He took a DC position at another school. Something that was not truly offered here.

I have no issue with any of them. Who here wouldn't take an awesome promotion?

I really don't understand why we didn't offer T Rob the DC job.

He isn't committed to AU though right? You just saying he has his mind made up 100%? Just not revealed?

Which defensive commits are still up in the air and which ones are locked in again?

He can be the DC at USCe because he will have champ to guide him. The only way he gets that guidance here is as co-DC.

Off the top of my head (I don't think we've heard from all of them)

Seem solid:
Davidson
Coe
Character
James
Threat
Newkirk
Manning (yall know his situation)

Wavering:
Broussard ( likely to stick)
Marshall (says he's 70% committed but he'll likely stick)
