We have to hit all these 2016 guys we are in on but even then they are two seasons away from really being able to contribute.

Auburn had the worse D-Line in the conference last year, and aside from Lawson hopefully playing an entire season we stand to get even worse next year.
I don't blame Muschamp at all, In fact I appreciate his recruiting effort and the huge improvement to Auburn's defensive recruiting since he came aboard.

Does every school get trolled by recruits like Auburn does every year and I just don't know about it because I don't follow them as closely?
I don't know if we are getting trolled by recruits, but the Auburn situation for defensive recruiting makes it tough.
Auburn is not going to win many in State battles with Saban for 5* defensive lineman. This means Auburn has to try to go into other States and try to pull these kind of players away from the State school. Occasionally we can get a 5* defensive player from another state, but it is a tough pull. Often times Auburn comes in as a close second. And in recruiting if you are not first you are last.

I don't wish for a stumble in recruiting so I can watch a meltdown. I would prefer Auburn get the best class possible and there be no melt from our fans. However, reality is we look to be coming up short on our DL recruiting. The only reason we got into some of these players late to get a chance was because of Muschamp, TRob, and Thompson.
I honestly have no clue what the hell Garner has been doing for a full two years that we are behind in relationships with DL recruits. No I don't find pleasure in losing out on recruits to watch a melt, but I do find the melts entertaining to a certain degree. It could be because I had done the same just a few short years ago.
I do like throwing a wrench or two in y'all's spokes on occasion as well

It's really going to blow if we miss Ivey and Cowart and let LSU snake us for CVO and Key.

Given based on Boom's recent history we are going to have 5 DLs on field 70% of the time or more can we play a lot of 3-3-5 to get by playing decent for a year then upgrading DJ in 2015? The first string front 6 I'm thinking of are
Carl
Monty
Lambert
Cass
Frosty
Tre Williams.

I say we just skip the melt and start hyping the recruits we'll likely get as GOAT based off some random stat.

I blame our fans and their lack of understanding of fluid until signed.

Why did you use Tom Brady's entire career but cherry-pick only certain years for Montana?
Montana had a 15 year career, the first of which he rarely played and had one year where he was out with injury virtually the entire season. So if you want to cherry-pick Montana's career fairly, you'd only leave out those two years. The other years, you would count.
Which means that Montana played in the SB 4 out of 13 years (31%) as compared to Brady's 6 of 14 (43%).

Yeah, it will be SO BAD...
...that you should probably stop following recruiting.

We all should. But we can't.

I agree. He needs to get off of his fat arse and start earning that paycheck.
