TE makes more sense. DEs need to be nasty people and I don't know if Bowers has it in him to punish people's souls into the ground.
He's got it in him as much as our current DE's do

So it just dropped that Taj might miss a month due to a shoulder injury. It seems minor given that he didn't completely frick his should up (again).
I hate it for him though. I assumed the surgeries would tighten them up.

TJ Lang is also out for probably a few weeks with an MCL sprain.

Yay. The basketball team has the same injury problems as the football team.

I'm afraid Taj's shoulder is just done. Its something that once it starts going bad there's really no stopping it.

Damn that sucks for both. That might be our 2 best defenders

Tahj is our less talented basketball version of Carl Lawson

I swear to god we have the worst luck when it comes to basketball... I feel like every preseason we have a guy get hurt.

Bryce Brown isn't playing Friday either. Has a stiff back so they are holding him out. Lang and Brown both should be back for UAB as things stand now.

Will Purifoy be playing in the exhibition games regardless if he's cleared or not?

If his ACT gets thrown out we need to get a waiver for him to stay in school for next year. I imagine our posture revolves around if the NCAA would reward us for holding him back as a preemptive move even for exh

It sounds like Tahj's injury is more serious. BP said "our hearts are heavy". Not something you usually say for a guy that's going to miss 3-4 weeks. He also said Dr. Andrews hasn't looked st it yet. My guess is he's out for a lot more than a month.

I don't think Tahj will every play at a high level gain. His shoulders are done

So are you some hog spy or just a dirty narc?

I'm so fricking sick of our best defenders going down in every sport.

Just a just a vigilant keeper of this fanbase's integrity. We can't stoop to depths of the pigs by welching. I'm actually thinking of using it even though I didn't sign up for the bet. It's a pretty good one.

So a narc then....
And congrats. Your ghey little speech almost makes me want to welch. It's like this new anti-smoking ads.
