It drives me nuts. I want to bitch slap those who do. Sometimes the reasons are plain and simple.

My post wasn't just about RF. please read again. It was talking about conspiracy theories in general being used every time something bad happens, or we lose a recruit.

I just got around to watching Pettway's JR highlights... very impressive. He's runs hard (not necessarily something all big backs do), has nice speed for his size, and looks good as a lead blocker.

He'll make a heck of a back... be it fullback or runningback.

By the way, I've stopped keeping up with offers since Gus decided to offer everyone and their mother these past few weeks. Gonna rework it later this week and only keep up with the big ones from here on out

You might want to wait until BCW to focus on our targets.

Exactly... it's not some grand consiperacy... we went 3-9 and fired all our coaches, including the ones who recruited Foster. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to see how he ended back up at Bama, considering he was committed at one time and grew up a bama fan... oh yeah, and they've won back to back NCs.

Exactly. They were all about Trooper...I actually hate the fact that they went to Bama more than the fact they didn't come to Auburn...

@WarBlogle: Due purely to Bama fan head coaches. WE @TrueBlueAU Unless I'm missing someone, Auburn hasn't had a player from Prattville, AL since 2008.

Actually its been longer than that. Like 2003 or 2004
Incorrect. WarBloggle was correct. Justin Albert was a Mr. Football finalist for Alabama in 2007 and All State First Team RB in 2008. He Rushed for 1,655 yards and 34 touchdowns during junior season and for 1,400 yards and 28 touchdowns during senior season at Prattville. He walked on in 2008. He went in 2010 as 3rd on the depth chart at RB and in the 2 deep at PR and KR but was kicked off the team by Chiz. I was told it was cuz of weed but not certain of it. Maybe Gene's or someone can ask around to see what happened.

The statement on Roc Thomas having Auburn and UGA on top right now came from him in an interview he gave yesterday at the Nike SPARQ camp. A couple other notes... at the same camp Nick Chubb said Auburn, UGA, and Tennessee are his top 3. Per JH QB David Cornwell (6'5 230 lbs) will visit Auburn on April 6th. He has a final 4 although he has not made the list public yet. He is scheduled to commit on June 1st.
