I am thinking that too and they are getting the last visit too. I sincerely hope that he commits when he officials to us and cancels his Bama official. That scares me more than anything with him, Bama will pull out every stop when he is on campus to get him at this point.

Both teams wanted him to visit on the 17th. Auburn got that visit.

He's visiting Alabama after Auburn, but it won't matter.

Doesn't matter. From what I've heard he's basically being forced to take a visit to Alabama. I think he Commits to the good guys after his visit.

Did anyone watch the Army AA game? If so how did Nick RUffin look?
Posted on 1/4/14 at 10:37 pm to AUtigR24
Didn't watch but just looking at the success the west offense had he couldn't have been that good.
Not worried about him though he's a solid CB
What uncommitted (or committed elsewhere) recruits do we have visiting after the MNC

Or maybe they threw to a different guy/ had success running ? Or even when he wasn't in the game

he had one assisted tackle and the West threw all over the East.
Not blaming this on Ruffin and didn't mean for it to come off as such

I hope you read this to yourself, know something about football, and then realize how foolish it sounds.
ETA: specifically high school all american games.

yes upon further review that was not the best of "analysis"
I just meant he obviously did nothing to stand out because his name isn't mentioned in any articles reviewing the game and he didn't make any impact plays. but he could have shut down his man the whole time and never had the ball thrown near him in which case ill gladly eat my words

What practice day were the skills challenges on?
quote:The difference in an ILB to an OLB in a 3-4 D is comparable to a WR to a TE on most offenses. You don't get one to replace the other. Whitley is strictly an ILB. Evans is an OLB or DE for Bama. The 2 are not related for them. Their heat is up on Evans regardless. At this point though it will take a lot for Bama to pull Evans away from choosing Auburn.

everything I see says class of 2016.
Are we looking at him as a tight end or defensive end? If he is rocking 255 now as a sophomore he might be a tackle by the time he graduates.
