It’s a simple message. “You’re now coaching in the most elite environment in college football - the SEC. Produce or you’re gone.” This is big business now with NIL and TV money. Only the winners get trophies.

Jake Crain son of Kurt Crain, He coached at a few smaller schools (biggest one S. Alabama), he coached with Corn so that is why he was so mad.
He was much better before he went to the Volume team with Colin Cowherd.

From what I think I haave hard, he is Kurt Crain's son and sorry, not, if you do not know who Kurt Crain is, then I will be pleased to bridge thee gap between generations. Kurt Crain was an awesome linebacker under CPD for many years. He was a great leader on the defense and led the unit for much of his career at AU.

RIP Kurt Crain, and thank you for everything you did for AU. I KNOW you fricking enjoyed playing, and I know you balled out, probably ourside of your "talent level". Kurt Crain had that. Ffrick. Lots of damn fricks. More than a shite-ton of fricks. frick!!!!!
I can only guess, but concussions and fricking up someone's brain actually often leads to things like this (from what I know, on both sides). Again, RIP Mr. Kurt Crain and I loved watching you play. War Eagle.

I knew his dad. Went to Auburn with him. He was one hell of a linebacker. All American under Dye. Transferred to Auburn from Memphis State. He also coached at Auburn.

I'm on record questioning that Corn was fired simply for performance reasons, but that melt.

Pretty sure it was Corn. They're buddies and it adds another explanation for him acting like such a woman over the decision. He's now cut off from what little access he had to the program.

I don’t understand the dislike for Jboy. He is an Auburn fan that doesn’t hide it and has a lot of success and brings in great guests to his show.

My dislikes: he tweets too much and adds too much irrelevant football technique into discussions almost as if to show off his knowledge.
My likes: always discusses good topics and never drags politics into the discussions.

I think it's more of how he broadcasted his dislike.
It's one thing to dislike the move, because he is friends with Corn(and at least he admitted it for clarity), but...
...You don't broadcast a live broadcast from a hallway in some building he was walking in. And you don't just react bc he then threw in the OL coach, or any other coach he put out there. And lastly, he only knows 1 side...his friend's side, and that is not going to be fair and balanced reporting.
If he wants to me in the sports media world...he's got to cover all the aspects of something like a firing.
That's just my take on it. I like a lot of his shows...but he can get to emotionally involved at times..which now is going to be biased against Harsin, no matter if the move was the right move.
