I'd be happy with 4 playoff appearances and being the #1 seed both times. Mike Smith's teams grossly overachieved because they didn't beat themselves.

Arthur Smith is a very well respected offensive mind, FYI. I'm a fan and would be very happy with this hire.

He or Wade Phillips would be a great hire.

Anybody know what scheme Dean Pees runs? 3-4 or 4-3?

Pees is 71 years old. Might we look at someone a bit younger? Just afraid he may be stuck in his old ways.

Pees Wikipedia page says he’s the current Falcons DC

That's some 9-7 bull shite.

Mike Smith never made it as far as Quinn with more talent. Quinn is just also a pro at squandering talent.

True but if it wasn’t for Kyle “the big choke” Shanahan, Quinn has a SB win.

Quinn blew that too. He went into his patented soft zone that never worked halfway through the 3rd quarter.

True but since Shanahan blew a second SB I put him down as a bigger choker

Head coach steps in and makes his OC run the ball 70% of the second half. And at bare minimum you step in at the start of the 4th qtr.

Quinn blew the SB on both sides of the ball.

Love the addition of Dean Pees. Brings a ton of experience with him.
