No I don't want either. Joe Brady and Arthur Smith are my top 2. After that is where I would put Bieniemy and Pederson. I wouldn't HATE either one but they wouldn't excite me. I probably would do Pederson over Bieniemy

I want Brady, the more I think about it. He's young and needs to grow into the job, which fits with the timeline of this franchise, which needs to be torn down to the studs and rebuilt like the Dolphins were.

2nd generation coach. WCO disciple, which is what Matt excelled in under Shanny. Had a top-10 offense in Jacksonville w/freaking Blake Bortles as the QB.
He's my 1A. Brady is 1B.

Most of the time a new GM wants to pick his own head coach. I definitely don't want to wait around and want to hire the best coach possible.
But I do find it slightly strange that we are trying to simultaneously hire both positions. Maybe they are asking GM candidates their top head coach choice? And vice versa? And trying to put the right pieces together.
Have to avoid the situation where the new GM gets frustrated with the head coach and says he was never my guy.

#Falcons owner Arthur Blank interviewed #Rams college scouting director Brad Holmes a second time for the team’s GM job Saturday, per sources.
Holmes and #Saints assistant GM Terry Fontenot are two of Atlanta's finalists, with former #Texans GM Rick Smith in the mix, too.
So Holmes and Fontenot are the front-runners. I don't think you can go wrong w/ either one IMO.
