NLDS Schedule:

Thursday: Home vs Cards
Friday: Home vs Cards
Sunday: @ Cards
Monday: @ Cards (if necessary)
Wednesday: Home vs Cards (if necessary)

My predicted pitching matchups based on the Braves setting up their rotation this weekend and based on my thinking that the Cards won't start the series off with Flaherty going on 3 days rest. That said, since he only threw 70 pitches in a fairly stress free start, it wouldn't surprise me to see Flaherty go in Game 1.

Game 1: Keuchel vs. Hudson
Game 2: Folty vs. Flaherty
Game 3: Soroka vs. Mikolas

Not gonna try and guess games 4 and 5 because I have no clue what the team intends on doing in terms of going with 3 starters or 4 or how pitch counts in games 1-3 affect their decisions.

I found the article I read that said Monday last year and 2017 was Monday for sure, so I am hoping we get them today.

Yeah I think it will be 5pm and 1pm or 4 pm for game 2. Game 1 almost 100% will be 4 or 5 pm.

I wouldn’t might switching Folty and DK now that Flaherty is projected in Game 2.

From Reddit:

The last time the Braves won the World Series (1995) they ended the season getting swept by the Mets in NY after losing on a walk off in the 11th inning. The Braves just got swept by the Mets in NY by getting walked off in the 11th

Can I read anything into the fact that my ATT Uverse app guide says that Friday TBS NLDS Games are at 5:00pm ET and 8:30pm ET (same as Thursday?

Are the TBS time slots for Friday set or will they possibly be shifted earlier?

I think we’re gonna get lucky and get the 5pm both days. That means Houston will get the 2pm game Friday and Yankees 7pm probably.

Explain to my feeble mind how we're lucky in that scenario? I'd rather us not play in 90+ weather.

I just looked. It's going to be 96 DEGREES in Atlanta the day of Game 1 of the postseason. So ridiculous.

The state of Georgia just needs to go ahead and move back the official start of Fall to the middle of October.

Every year it feels like our Summer's go deeper and deeper into "Fall".

I'd be fine with that. push back the start of georgia tech football as long as possible to help lessen its effect on my mental well-being
