Now we won’t do that well this year but the season is still young. Outside of LSU auburn and bama every team in the sec is beatable (mond is worse than starkel I cant believe that’s who jumbo went with)with starkel throwing the ball as long as our oc doesn’t go full high school retard again and just let the man run the offense. Our defense is actually decent they were just out of gas and lost all faith in the offense last night. 5 or 6 wins is still possible and we can build on that for next year where I think we can see a jump to 8 wins or more. All hope is not lost and the sky isn’t falling. Carry on

The man running the offense and the man deciding who plays and who doesn't is why we are in the position of the worst period in Arkansas Razorback's history.

But you're right they obviously know what they are doing and are above criticism.

I came away more optimistic too. Think starkels arm and our wr's may keep us in games. Our line has to improve for that to happen though, everything boyd did last night was basically after contact

That was the season that broke me but it was a good thing. Now I don't take any game seriously anymore and just watch because I like to watch college football.

the man I was referring to is nick starkel not the coaches. I have little faith in them at this point

Our Oline was a known issue going into last year, was ignored until a late scramble in recruiting, and now we have a center who can't even snap the ball to the QB in a normal manner for the shotgun snap.

They are not good at pass protection and they are not good at run blocking. I've never seen anything like it.

if we could get offense and defense to play at same time we may upset someone who overlooks us.

Agreed, but I'm not convinced that's a one year fix, at least starting from the point we did last year. Weren't most of the starting line, walk-ons last year? Even recruiting o-line well, there's still an expectation of building strength, and time in the system that is less plug and play than skill positions

That Toledo team would beat us like North Texas did last year.

How the mighty have fallen. Talking about getting gorilla fricked by North Texas and Toledo. I remember mercy kneeing a peak LSU team in 2010, finishing the season #5 in 2011, and being a team nobody wanted to play, a feared team.

I remember skinny Bert saying Clary was going to be a “dominant player.”

This is what the University of Arkansas football program has been reduced to, "if we could get the offense and defense to play at the same time, we may upset someone who overlooks us." My God, my God, what have we done to deserve this ? We have a coach who is nothing but a glorified cheerleader (yes, even more so than Nutt). Morris should be recruiting coordinator and leave the decision making on the field to some more experienced coach. Expect more of the same the rest of the season.

That team that lost to Toledo wins 10-11 games with a real coach...

The talent disparity isnt even comparable. That was the last team that gave a shite as well.
