I still think we're possibly a top 4 SEC team. I think we're better than A&M, we just didn't take what was there for the taking. Credit to A&M for getting a gritty win they probably shouldn't have. But that happens in sports - fairly regularly. The better team loses sometimes.

I like what Odom is doing with the defense this year. We got a lot of pressure on Johnson, he made some pretty risky/crazy plays to pull out the win.

I think our offense has taken a stop forward too. KJ made a big mistake but is still the best QB we've had since Mallett. Overall the offense looked pretty good against what I think is a top 3 SEC defense. Yeah, we only scored 21 but a missed easy field goal, and a goal line fumble prevented it from being 31 points.

The secondary is shakey still but was improved vs Aggy. I think it will keep getting better.

Special teams sucks and Scott Fountain should've been sent packing over the weekend.

That all said, I think we play Bama tough and we're even capable of winning.

I don’t think we win but I think it’s a 2 touchdown game or less and then we only lose 1 or 2 more the rest of the year. What really sucks is if we’d have won last week I think we’re for sure a 9 win team with a really good chance to get double digits. Now 8-4 is a real possibility but most likely I still think we’re 9-3.

Arkansas needed the A&M to have a chance of going 9-3. But most likely 7-5 if they lose Bama, State, BYU and LSU.

yeah I’d agree we most likely lose 5 games if we lose 5 games

Ole Miss is going to be as tough as anyone left on the schedule.

A&M honestly might have been the easiest game left besides Liberty and Mizzou.

Wrong - likely win 2 of those

If we don't fix the mistakes that have been there all year we are middle of the pack. That's not really that bad considering where we were just 2 years ago. There is certainly potential but we have to get better. That's what worries me. We haven't gotten better over the first 4 weeks. If anything, we have regressed.

Which ones? Arkansas is likely to lose the Bama and State games than LSU and BYU.

Nothing in these last four games should tell anyone that Arkansas is a top four SEC team. They are closer to seven or eight in the conference.

Arkansas has struggled all year and haven't played a complete game. That A&M loss was underwhelming and nothing good came from it.

If Arkansas doesn't get its shite together real quick then Bama is going to bend Arkansas over and paddle them in front of the SEC.

We’re 3-1 having already beat touhhest team we’ve faced so far (cincy). There’s no denying the loss Saturday really sucks but upsets happen. Maybe not for the georgias and alabamas but we don’t have that talent or coaching ability. Our coaches and players both are good not great. I think we will still compete with everyone on our schedule and the chicken little will quit their chirping after we win one. That may not be this week because bama is a top 3 team for reason and they win most of their games regardless of how well the other team plays. But after that we should be in every game

The aggies were the toughest team who unlike the others were able to successfully run the ball on Arkansas. A&M is better than Cincinnati.

Arkansas had the coaching and talent to beat A&M but after that stupid fumble, Arkansas suffered a mental breakdown the rest of the game. Sam said his team was feeling down going into halftime.

Arkansas needs to play a near perfect game to win but after four games in, history tells you that isn't happening anytime soon.

Arkansas can compete but that doesn't translate to wins.

Oh I think I meant winning or losing the BYU game could mean the difference between 8-4 or 7-5.

watching KJ and our team as a whole following the turnover... Welp, let's just say their whole demeanor was not good.

As if we didn't play through the struggles and let those instead defeat us. Get up and fight daggumit.

I can't see Ole Miss winning two years in a row at what happened last year. It will be at home and Arkansas gets up for them and also it will be later in the year when Ole Miss understands they are Ole Miss.

I didn't like it when Sam answered a reporter and pretty much brushed off the fumble as no big deal and told the players that. I seriously doubt Jefferson was told to jump over a pile with football extended four yards out on first down. He needed to be chewed out over that but I guess none of the coaches got onto him over that. His fumbles are becoming a habit.

Sometimes it is good to have a nice side but coaches need to have a switch and hold these players accountable. Sam needs to flip the switch sometimes or be in danger of being comfortable and soft.

Problem with that situation was that KJ was the guy who would normally get our team fired up and out of that funk. Hard to do when you are the guy that made the boneheaded play.

agree to disagree. Achane is a game changing athlete but other than him busting a couple chunk plays they did not run the ball that consistently. Hell they just scored 17 offensive points

I still don’t understand why this team seems so careless with the ball. We weren’t last year

Cincinnati didn't have any players as good as Achane. They are a step up in talent that is on par with Arkansas than Cincinnati and I don't need recruiting rankings to help me figure that out.

Arkansas hurt themselves but the aggies had some part in that.
