Yep. Two years in a row the locker room has gone to total shite. Leadership is weak throughout and it starts with Sam.

I’m hoping CBP can help with that. Each would have to put their egos aside and do what’s best for the program. Easier said than done.

Bobby is a subordinate. Only souch he can do. Just look at Jimbo, who was/is a terrible HC.

His coaching staff was actially extremely good, but they all still couldn't overcome Jimbo's ineptitude. Same thing will happen next year at Ark.

Only thing is, Bobby will be the interim by Halloween. So we will see how he will be as a HC at Arkansas again.

Fisher wouldn’t give up running his offense, Petrino will have free rein here. Why do people hate Sam, he’s trying to put together a successful staff and win games. Why would he purposely frick it up?

I don’t get the hate.

Of course I'm optimistic but did you fellas just miss how Petrino ran Louisville into the ground his 2nd time around? I forget how long he was there but they had a 4-8 year under him did they not? I guess the consensus is he did ok at Mizzou st but still..not like his stint at A&m instills any confidence.

I have worked in ministry, service, politics, sales, marketing, concert promotion... Here's the deal man, In all of those situations, if things go off the rails, folks don't get what they want, they really love being insufferable pricks overall. It is the Human-Kind!

Inconvenient truth for the Petrino as head coach fans

His first year here was a 5 win season, maybe he’s not the savior, but he offers a chance to improve.

Petrino led Missouri State to the FCS playoffs for the first time since 1990. That is hard place to win at.

When he went to A&M, the offense improved despite three mediocre QBs, injuries and his offense was held back by Jimbo.

He was a fumble and a terrible passing interference call away from winning 7 games that year.

Missouri State is garbage. Trust me, I go to many of their games. What he did there was nothing short of a miracle.

I believe Petrino’s achilles has been recruiting for long-term sustainability, and not short term success.

He was also a miracle on markham part 2 pass from Casey dick to skillet hands Crawford away from a 4 win season. A qb no one thought could throw to a receiver no one thought could catch? What are the odds….haha.

But he can put the team in position to win.

that's why I choose to believe that this can work. If Sam and the others hit the recruiting, he puts up Offensive numbers, and shows the players how to play the game... Win/Win.

Been saying that since Briles flirted with Miss State.

There might be equal play callers, think Eva Mendes vs Salma Hayek vs Penelope Cruz, but there isn’t better. It’s just different. And I think he is one of the top at the game. He is just a twat of human, or used to be. Hopefully he has been humbled but still has fire.

During the presser this week, talking the roster numbers, Sam was asked about super seniors which he said the silent part out loud, to come back as a super senior you have to be invited back.

Little insight to senior transfers, also KJs leaving was known during the post season interview.

I have a child that turned 5 last week. It’s wild to think that there will be people playing college football next year that were freshmen before we even got pregnant with him.
