The loudest game in NWA but NOT in Arkansas.

I was at the Carlos Hall block FG game in LR and also at Texas a week ago.

Texas was louder and the bowled end of the north side makes a world of difference.

Alabama 2010 was loud, but a lot of sound escaped out of the open north end zone.

How and why the Arkansas Ath Dept didn't get a home and home with Aggy after playing Kyle Field last year is beyond me.

Jerry’s money to the athletic department is why we didn’t get the home game.

I heard he even paid for the storming of the field.

Jerry bent over Jeff Long and got all he could out of him. This "neutral site" game is just a relic of his incompetence.

Everything Jerry has done minus the 2 years of Chad has been positive. Building facilities paying buyouts…

I agree these can be used for write offs but I’d say what he has done is 90% positive.

No one wants that game there anymore. And while they're at it, buy out that dumbass War Memorial contract as well.

If we still play at war memorial, we should let the other team count it as a home game, and just make it Arkansas schools.

Oh yeah the Jerryworld series has been fricking great for us. Look at all those Texas 5 stars that flocked to us after watching us get our arse beat 45 minutes from Aggie's campus. Totally better than letting central Ark kids watch a game in person.

Of course Jerry does good stuff for us. He is a business man though and he took us to the cleaners with this game because we were lead by a retard. I swear some of you guys would still blow JL despite everything if he had totally ended the WMS games.

not that it matters but College station is 3 hours from Dallas and Fayetteville is 5 hours away from Dallas.

The strategy would have been fine had we not shite the bed in Texas recruiting under Bert, since he preferred to "recruit" Florida where his in laws lived and then followed that up by hiring Morris who shite all aspects of the bed.

And all that said, in the end, playing in Jerry World and signing Jerry's grandson will pay huge dividends in the age of NIL upcoming. we are due big time and it is almost time to cash the checks.

Bama 2010 was louder. I went to both Little Rock and Fayetteville games for years. The noise in the Bama game intimated them to the point that they were caught off guard by the level of noise. Some Bama players commented that it was the loudest environment that they witnessed.

Lots of 5 stars come to p5 teams that lose to FCS teams, we should probably try winning.

I agree. When Wingo caught the wheel route there was a brief time where 70,000 Arkansans thought we were the best team in the country and were about to destroy #1 Alabama. You literally couldn’t hear yourself think.

It was insane. As soon as Mallett threw it people started going nuts and then nobody sat down during the commercial break. That one and the 2010 LSU game are definitely the best atmospheres I've ever been a part of at an Arkansas game.

Same, my uncle surprised me with tickets the week of. We took his cousin who was visiting over from Germany for his first American football game. Good game to go to for your first American football game.
