P5 division champ just like LSU. Seems to illustrate the point that the SEC is the best quite well.

If that makes you feel better. Purdue is a 6 loss team who lost to every decent team they played this year, outside of beating an 8-5 Illinois team, who was pretty mediocre.

Purdue is not very good.

I still think the SEC is the best conference, just don’t think a schedule of Missouri, Auburn, South Carolina, Kentucky and unfortunately Arkansas is some gauntlet like the SEC used to be. I mean our division winner also lost to Florida State. A&M lost to App State. We lost to Liberty. Florida isn’t any good this year either.

People think the SEC is so invincible then get surprised when we go into OT with a 6-6 Big 12 team or when Texas Tech blows out Ole Miss. Other conferences have good teams too.

Where did I say they were? I made an observation that they were the B1G equivalent of LSU and were getting pounded. Degrading Purdue hurts your argument so I'm not sure why that was your response.

Terrible as in the head coach quit, the team quit but had some close losses. Had they been given better coaching, they would be a decent contender in the West this past season.

Kentucky was bad but still had three top 25 wins. Gave Georgia a game.

The aggies are bad but talented enough to get three top 25 wins. Jimbo quit and is just waiting on his buyout. Beat the SEC west champ.

Arkansas wasn't good but had Sam done a better job coaching and you add in the injuries then the 6-6 record is deceiving. Four losses by a combined 13 points.

Missouri is bad but once again poorly coach by Drinkwitz who doesn't know what he is doing. Lost five games by a combined 28 points. Didn't quit and gave Georgia a game.

South Carolina struggled but had three top 25 wins. Mediocre in the SEC? Yes but would be above mediocre in other conferences.

LSU is going to finish 10-4, that is hardly mediocre. They are beating the shite of Purdue 49-7 who made it to the Big 10 championship game. Arkansas gave them a lot more trouble and K.J didn't play.

Tennessee went 11-2 including an impressive 6 top 25 wins.

Yes Florida sucks but they were good enough to beat PAC-12 champion Utah. Sunbelt Billy doesn't know how to coach them. He will be fired in a few years.

How does it hurt my argument? I’ve been talking about TCU in this thread and how the SEC is not as good as some here believe it is.

The Big Ten divisions are vastly different. Everyone in college football knows this. Saying Purdue sucks hurts nothing in regards to my argument.

I’m not reading all that.

Find a pen pal for all that jazz.

Florida state went 10-3. That really wasn't a bad loss after all.

A&M got screwed bad by Jimbo this year. Lost 5 games by a combined 20 points.

Yet Florida found a way to beat the PAC-12 champ.

TCU lost to KState and barely beat them the 2nd time.

The same team Bama destroyed.

TCU is a 8-9 win in the SEC

TCU played 11 consecutive weeks. Do you understand the difficulty in that?

And TCU beat Texas much worse than Bama. Do you see how stupid you sound? White knighting for a league that could give two shits about Arkansas football, mind you.

TCU is a good team no doubt they just aren't in the great category.

I still believe a Georgia team that plays well in the first half will suffocate them.

Each time that Georgia has a close game such as Missouri 26-22 and Kentucky 16-6 then they follow up with big wins like 42-10 Auburn and 37-14 Georgia Tech.

While I don’t necessarily disagree with your point, Auburn and Georgia Tech were hot trash this year.

Georgia may win it all again this year but they’re not as good as they were last year. They’ve struggled inexplicably in a few games and their defense got destroyed by a depleted OSU.

I think TCU gives them a game.

Do you know what all 4 of those teams listed have in common? They suck.

UGA struggled with Kent State and then struggled with Missouri the following week. So no, they don’t follow up struggling with anything special.

You're right. A team that hasn't lost a game in 2 years is mediocre at best.

Now I know you're trolling. If you call "much worse" a TD the yeah.

Your football IQ is low

What are you talking about? UGA only has one undefeated season which is this current year.

Texas beats Alabama at home with Ewers. Not even debatable. TCU beat Texas with Ewers by more than Bama. How hard is that to comprehend? Texas didn’t even muster 200 yards of offense in the entire game. Only 28 rushing yards.

You’ll continue to point to TCU losing to Kansas State in their conference title game, yet ignore the fact TCU was playing their 11th consecutive week.

Yet you’re going to tell me my football IQ is low. Do you know how hard it is to play at the Division 1 level for 11 consecutive weeks? Injuries and soreness be damned…
