The Chavis number was held down by offset money and will jump these next two years.
Below $4M for the assistant coaching pool at $3,945,000 isn’t competitive with the top programs between mid $6M to near $7M. It reflects in the lack of coaching experience, track record and quality of assistants we have at some spots.
Arkansas has enough disadvantages, I don’t understand why administrators won’t go back to the Broyles book of hiring the best assistants and invest to win.

Caldwell - $360k
Cooper - $355k
Lunney - $350k
Stepp - $350k
Scott - $340k
