Aubrun out played us. We got what we deserved.

If your waiting on Arkansas luck, it died in 1978 in the Orange Bowl.

Thinking of how we can adjust our attack on offense without Burks, how we can find a way to get the ball in our remaining explosive players’ hands.

Maybe we will see Sanders at WR more and more plays for AJ Green. Dare I say maybe even see some TJ Hammonds? We will have to find a way to stretch the defense and generate big plays. If we can’t then all our eggs will be in the basket of our running game, which could work with some of their top tacklers being out.

Briles will adjust. Remember when Warren looked all-SEC out of the blue for two games. Briles knows how to scheme his primary open.

Briles will HAVE to adjust - he has no choice.
However, that's not what I'm worried about.
The receivers have to 1. Get open. 2. Catch the ball.
Some YACs would be nice, too.

Captain Obvious checking in but my keys are:

Win Special Teams.
Win Turnovers.
No drive killing false starts by the O Line.
Quick couple of scores early for momentum.
Play Big Boy Football.
No Targeting by the LB's.

Prove me wrong.

Burks was a YAC monster. Thompson isn’t going to be able to come close to replicating it. Need KJ to get back to using his legs

Would love for Hammonds to go off in his final game. He's had such an up and down career here and Id like to see him ride off into the sunset on a high note.

Nah man the real key is gonna be for our offense to score a lot and our defense to not let them score much.......

I'm just hoping we play a good clean game and everyone has fun. Perhaps KJ will hit a grand slam or even score a triple double. Either way I'm expecting our defense to play well and limit their goals perhaps even block a few shots.

Someone started one as we were boarding at the airport in Dallas.

Heard several at hotel as well.

If the game looks like the hotel crowd it's gonna be a 60/40 razorback crowd at least

First good bowl game in years, people are still looking to leave town anytime they can post lockdowns, and Tampa. I figured we’d have a real good showing. Plus you can fly down today, miss all the bad weather tomorrow and fly back Sunday.

Lots of Hog fans here. 70 year old guy walked into the restaurant last night and started a hog call at the dog. He was pumped!

Penn St. fan told me they are basically starting their JV defense. Already making excuses.

They had 5 players opt out on defense. That’s not a JV defense.

That’s looking down your nose. I hope we boat race them by 40. I expect us to as it seems our guys actually want to be there.
