One part of the game we definitely lost yesterday to UAPB…

That's cool.
I remember going to Eudora years ago for a football game and their team was very bad. I thought it was good that so many of their fans showed up for the game and stayed there for the first half thrashing.
At halftime their band came to the field and put on a very good show, their fans went wild, then when the performance was over the band left because they had a competition the next day. The crowd left as well leaving maybe a dozen people left.
They took their music seriously, kinda felt bad for the team....ha

I love watching HBCU bands. They know the importance of entertainment that keeps fans attention.

Saturday was the most involved I have seen one of our crowds be with a halftime show. They were quite impressive. I think many people came just to see the bands since half the stadium left after.

Very impressive.... I've always thought the U of A bad was very unimpressive. Not that I really care, they just never sound loud and are pretty boring.

The Arkansas band is boring. When Bert use to be here, they would run out of the tunnel. But have for awhile now they went back to the boring two band members running up the field.
I liked some Big 10 bands as they used horns, same with the Aggies.

I played HS football in Camden back when we played Pine Bluff.
Our band was really good, invited to play at the presidential inauguration good.
When we played the Zebras, and their band started getting into it, I would look over from the field and our band would just put down their instruments and dance.

I dated a band member for a while and I can confirm she was quite sucky. Excellent at it in fact.

my little brother is in the drum line for UAPB!! so proud.
Yeah UA's band is bland and terrible lol. I've been going to HBCU games my entire life and there is no comparison.
UAPB can't touch Grambling's band.
