Arkansas didn't turn the ball over against Tennessee.

State is awful and Arkansas won the turnover margin 1 to 5.

Auburn isn't very good and Arkansas won the turnover margin 2 to 5.

The games that Arkansas has lost this year was due to losing the turnover margin.

To quote my ncca football game penalties and turnovers are the biggest difference makers for a team.

I was looking at the results from last year regarding turnovers and penalties.

Arkansas lost the turnover margin 2 to 1 to BYU and had 14 penalties for 125 yards. That is twice as many penalties as BYU.

Arkansas lost the turnover margin 2 to 1 to LSU with 11 penalties for 69 yards. That is a better LSU team than this year.

Arkansas did win the turnover margin against the aggies 1 to 3 and had ZERO penalties but just lost to a better team. So a team can minimize the turnovers and have zero penalties but still lose.

Arkansas lost the turnover margin 2 to 0 against Ole Miss with 10 penalties for 70 yards.

Arkansas tied Alabama 0 to 0 in the turnover margin and had 2 penalties for 13 yards which is fewer than what Alabama had. Arkansas just lost to the the better team.

Arkansas lost the turnover margin 2 to 1 to State and the penalties are still not good with 5 penalties for 60 yards.

The Auburn game is when the team gave up for the year. Both teams tied the turnover margin 2 to 2 and just 4 penalties for 35 yards. But none of that matters when you quit.

The Missouri game was when the quit showed it's ugly side. Arkansas lost the turnover margin 5 to 0 and had 7 penalties for 58 yards.

Arkansas lost five games last year due to losing the turnover margin and had more penalties than the opponents. That team had the
Potential to go 8-4/9-3.

The only thing that could mildly excite me for next year is going after every great lineman and signing at least 5 out of the portal on both sides.

Exactly. Spend all the NIL money you've got on offensive and defensive lineman. A great offensive line will make an average QB look good. A great defensive line will make an average secondary look good.

this has me thinking, when was the last time we had a good secondary? I don’t think we had a particularly good secondary even when Bobby had his 2 good years. Was it 05? It seems like since the spread has taken over college football we’ve never had a good secondary.

It has to have been under Nutt. I can't remember any since I've been a season ticket holder and that's been 20 years.

We've had a handful of games where our defense has just been awful.

Our offense has tended to be an empty calories offense as well. We put up a ton of yards every game and score big on some turd teams, but when you get down to it, we are much ado about nothing when it comes to our offense.

Teslaa should have been a starter over Borden game 1.

It’s almost like possessing the ability to actually catch a football should be table stakes for a receiver.
