Gotta find the next Dollander or Delucia in the portal. I’m all for letting marginal players go and trying to upgrade through the portal and NIL.

In baseball there will always be guys like Pleimann on the roster as long as not everyone is getting scholarship money. Have to get pitching from somewhere. Maybe when everyone is on an NIL deal that won’t be the case

Pleimann graduated this year will retire and won't return next year.
Ultimate is right. Portal has made it where you perform and stick around or don't get playing time and off you go.
Every offseason is roster building and reloading as Muss does in basketball.

I had to wait a couple of days before I listened to Bubba's interview on The Buzz because I was so depressed after how the season ended.
Anyway, I always feel a little better after listening to Bubba. He was saying how it's possible that Noland and Pallette might come back next year, which would have our pitching stuff somewhere between Chuck Norris and the only thing that's undefeated against men.

No idea how good the guy is but we got rid of two D1 catchers to take a guy that couldn't cut it Arkansas State. Hopefully he's the backup.

Neither was going to start for us at catcher.
This guy if he doesn't workout at catcher could be a big target at 1B - 6'3 220lbs.
