Pitching was great this weekend. LSU's bats have been solid this season. Hope this is a sign that our pitching is coming together.

Slavens is hitting again. Maybe Moore can get back on track, too.

Can't really ask for more. Absolutely massive step up from last weekend.

What a statement by the pitching staff this weekend. Wow.

Good to see Slavens have a productive weekend in SEC play as well.

Was very disappointed after that Florida trip. Expected at least two out of three. It's not like Florida's home crowd is such a juggernaut to deal with.

lol...took a peek on Tiger Rant and they are blaming the umps for today's loss.

One of their fans told the OP his post would end up here, so....here it is.

Mean old umps!

I'm surprised LSU fans haven't ran Johnson's west coast arse out of town.

His deliberate dragging out the game by slowing down and delaying playing baseball is shite for fans.

If they spent as much time on fielding as they do mound visits, batters timeouts, pitching changes after handful of pitches. The team would have less errors.

I have to wonder who will replace Van Horn in the upcoming years. We are reaching the pinnacle and wonder how we continue after Dave hangs them up. Vitello is likely going to lockup at Tennessee and see the program grow greatly before Dave is gone.

Good win after that insane choke last night. 7-1 and lost on national TV.

I knew it was TT before I even clicked the link. Dude melted over one call for 5 innings.

I started thinking about it and who knows how good TN actually is this year.

Everyone is down. Ole Miss sweep doesn’t look that impressive.

They’re rolling for sure but it’s an extremely weird year as Drewb published the tRant.

I like where we’re going, that UF series lost sucked tho, they’re not great.

They stranded 13 base runners, including 5 in the first two innings alone, but one call changed the outcome of the game.

Never change, LSU fans.

Who would’ve thought we’d be carried by our pitching and still be too 10 nationally. Just imagine if our pitching staff wasn’t missing it’s not.1 starter.

I thought averages would be higher by now, but can't really complain with the results. Just hope the offense keeps putting it together.
