Brown intentionally stepped back into the street after initially complying to an FPD officers demand that he step off of said street.
Slusher then interfered when offices took Brown to the ground....for stepping on to the street.
What a couple of thugs.

Also by “interfered” you mean by putting his hands on a cop, which is a pretty sure fire way to get yourself arrested
