I never said I wanted a fresh face first of all. I want someone that can be successful, I don’t give a damn who it is.
KB has had the second best offense since the year 2010 behind only Bobby. He’s about to be without a job. We need a better offense. It’s not the dumbest idea.

He was promised a great QB, Sellers isn’t what he was supposed to be. Would he be at the top of my list? He would be on a list, but I’d take anyone over Cramsey if we could swap.

I know we are all crazy, that’s why college football is the best.
I mean we have a shite offense right now with Cramsey, and we are saying nah Kendall wasn’t my cup of tea, Bobby is washed.. they are two of the best play callers in the game right now. Short of Lane Kiffin.

He was terrible at TCU, he just can't develop QB's at all and makes the same stupid playcalls as he did here that kills drives for FG after FG. KJ had to be a RB, then a revolving door every year at TCU, and more of the same with Sellers who has somehow gotten worse at passing under him. Briles went from one of the top young OC's in college 5 years ago to mid tier fast living off his last name.
He will be at his 4th school in 7 years next season for a reason.

I’ll say something unpopular, but all the people who run his system never improve their QBs. His system is more of a find your strengths and things you can do and show them off until we get stopped. Heupel hasn’t made one QB better, Lebby hasn’t made one quarterback better, I don’t even think Kiffin (worked together at fau) makes a quarter back better, he just has more talent through recruiting and buying and calls better plays.
Also I believe half our stalled drives with Briles was just Pittman saying nah let’s run it now while we are moving fast. My line is getting tired, our defense sucks.
Once again, would he be my first choice? No. Would I take him over Cramsey if that’s my options? Yes.
