I know we needed it like no other but damn I’m bored. The whole week goes by slower. Can it be next week already?

I can honestly remember being relieved that we didn't have a game that week and wouldn't get embarrassed again.

Better hope we don't lose out.
Really anxious to see some improvement after this break. I realize some of it is a function of getting beaten up but its hard to not feel like the team has gotten worse/sloppier as the season has gone on.
And I know depth blah blah but the following against UAPB was concerning and shouldn't fall under the depth excuse.
2-9 on third down
2 TOs
9 Penalties for 76
0 points in the second half

I am reminded of a line from Lolsy Byrne on one of the Try Channel shoots when discussing a particular malignant brand of alcohol they were trying. "If someone broke in stole that you'd be saying Oh Thank God I don't have to finish it."
There were a few weekends I was like Thank God I don't have to watch Arkansas football this weekend.

During 2017 as well as the entirety of the Morris era, this exchange regularly took place in my house:
Wife: “what time are the Razorbacks playing today?”
Me: “no clue”
Wife: “who are we playing?”

Me: “if they don’t care, then why the hell should I?”

We're still just trying to win the bye week. No arrests and need to come out firing on all cylinders afterwards. We need 2 wins and we still got bama remaining. Time to get creative
