Glenn Schumann is Jon Sumrall without the opportunity. If we could hire him and some how keep Bobby with a bigger raise, I think that would be the real winrar winrar chicken dinner.

Yeah I’m not doing another Craddock led offense.

I remember watching the first Morris spring game and they did a long interview with Craddock. My impression was that he seemed bright.

That said, I have no intention of revisiting any aspect of the Chad Morris era.

Our AD needs to be fired. We could have and should have fired Pittman after the end of last year. No other SEC openings. This year will be us and Florida at the least. Auburn is getting together the $30m it takes to fire freeze.

Just another reason they'll give Bobby a three year contract if he beats State and Auburn

I don’t disagree but I’d be concerned about Schumann given the lack of modern day process or structure we have in place. I’d be good with of them if we weren’t coming off back to back hires of guys with no experience or ability to build a program.

Using Saban for example or Gruden. I’d be concerned about either ability to still have the fire or drive to grind everyday. But they both know first hand what an NFL lite football staff, operations, analysts team needs to look like. If we don’t catch up in that space we’re gonna fall farther behind.

It sucks cause I do think Schumann would be a good HC just don’t think it’ll be a good idea given what we are lacking. Bringing in someone like Saban to consult on the behind the scenes stuff might be an option. Otherwise I don’t see it paying off.

Just hire Sumrall and fire Yurachek,

Spend the money on a GM and staff to evaluate players nationwide so we can hammer the portal, ala Ole Miss and their small army of analysts feeding their meddlers.

AD hire? I’m intrigued with Matt Larsen from NDSU.

do football and basketball even need an AD? Hunter wouldn’t be bad at his job if he just wasn’t associated with the money sports. We could hire a GM for the football and basketball teams that would replace the AD position in those sports. Then we keep Hunter as AD.

Don’t we have a GM in place now?

A basketball one hired by Hunter and Sam, so you do the math.

It’s not gonna happen. He’s 100 percent making the hire. He’s asking for some money support like he did in basketball so hopefully he gets it

I think if Hunter is allowed to make a pick it will be Odom or someone equally shitty that he has worked with in the past. He isn’t a go getter, he is a what is within hands reach kind of chef.

Who will step up and be our Clay Travis if this happens?
