Yeah agreed. The screen pass backwards was a planned double pass. That’s different than when he comes into the backfield then motions out and waits for the ball from franks

The one in the 2nd quarter absolutely was I think. The hesitation froze the D and it was an easy first down conv

As others have stated, it gives Burks the option to throw the ball downfield. On one of those it looked like he looking to pass but wisely ended up running instead.

Guys that was a designed double pass he does not have the option to throw it down field on those option plays where he motions out of the backfield

Anything that gets the ball to Burks in space, I am fine with. That dude is what Cordarrelle Patterson could have been if he was a decent route runner. Get the ball to Burks.

I'm not saying anything that would take the ball away, I am saying Franks is throwing the ball backwards and if Burks happens to not catch it, it's a fumble.

And with our luck, it will happen in a controversial way and frick us.

Some of the things we complain about.....smh.

At some point you have to stop looking for the negatives. It’s a new era in Razorback football.

Enjoy it and stop worrying about things that haven’t yet caused a problem until they do.

It's by design. They practice it to execute it that way. Warren streaks and if the safeties cheat up once Burks gets the ball, Burks has him over the top for a TD. If not he tucks and gets a first down. It's really not that complicated. It's actually a damn good play design utilizing all of the tools available given the personnel in Warren's blazing speed and Burks' ability to throw.

You're being a worry wart. Chill.
